I have to say, it was pretty weird driving through Exeter today knowing he wasn't there. I'll miss his spirit and have many fond memories to hold on tight to.
i've known the rowe's since 4th grade, and bucky was always one of those parents that i liked a lot. he was friendly, fun and never short of an opinion. i saw him mostly at weddings in the past several years, and he always made sure to visit with me and see how everything was going. the exeter i grew up near is long gone, but that onw last holdout was the rowe compound in the midst of commercial development, and it has always made me feel good to drive down portsmouth ave and see it there. it's sad to me that both of my friends' parents are gone now, but the memories give me good feelings. peace and good wishes to all of bucky's family from all the warners, here in wyoming...
