Connecticut is...Wine Country?

This weekend we went for a little hike and spied some vines on the horizon, we decided that when we got home we would google and see if we could find a winery in Connecticut.

We found the CT Wine Trail site and figured that what we saw was the Sharpe Hill Vineyard. So we decided to head on over and check it out. Glad we did!



As you can see, the setting was beautiful and the wine was delicious. We walked away with a couple of bottles and decided that we should check some of the other vineyards around here soon - good times!

Update

Wow, has it really been over a month since I've added a new entry? Time flies. It's been a busy month or so. Let's see. We celebrated our three year anniversary last week, Adam took me to Seapoint Beach, which is where we had our first date...I'm not sure how great these pictures are going to come out, because they were taken with the cell phone, but it's all I've got!





In other news, Adam earned (and I mean EARNED) his instrument rating and he is now onto his commercial training. What a difference a year makes...I hope you are all well.
